This Madarin and Mesquite Grilling Sauce is a sweet, citrus blend of mandarin oranges, maple syrup and the subtle smokiness of mesquite that creates a delightful grilling sauce and marinade for fish, poultry and pork. Make mandarin chicken breasts by coating boneless chicken breasts on all sides, and let marinate at least one hour. Grill over medium heat, basting with the marinade before turning and again before removing from the grill. Serve either as an entree or on a bun with more of the sauce as a dipping sauce or sandwich spread. No Corn Syrup Added!
