Rosie's Stromboli with Red Pepper Spread

1 batch homemade dough or one loaf of frozen bread thawed
2 cups white American cheese Shredded
2 cups extra sharp white cheddar cheese
2 cups sandwich style pepperoni - shredded
6 oz Rosie’s Red Pepper Spread (hot, mild or sweet)
1 cup fresh basil
1 cup fresh parsley chopped & squeezed
½ cup Parmesan cheese


1) Grease pan & push or roll dough into 9”x13” pan completely across the bottom. 
2) Preheat the oven to 350˚ F.
3) Sprinkle on the shredded pepperoni.
4) Spoon the red pepper spread on top of the pepperoni layer, about 6 oz or to taste.
5) Add basil & parsley making sure to squeeze the juice from the parsley before adding to the stromboli.
6) Add the remainder of the sharp cheese then top with the parmesan.
7) Roll the stromboli together tightly, making sure that all the ingredients are inside.
8) Put in oven & bake for 45 minutes.
