Chicken Skewers with Rosie's Huckleberry Habanero BBQ Sauce

  • 12oz  bottle Rosie's Huckleberry Habanero BBQ Sauce
  • 1.5 lbs  Skinless & Boneless Chicken Thighs, cut into 2"
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 Bamboo Skewers soaked in water at least 1 hour


Preheat grill or grill pan on medium high heat.

Add the Huckleberry Habanero BBQ Sauce to a large bowl.

Add chicken and toss to coat.

Thread 4 or 5 chicken pieces onto each skewer.

Grill chicken, turning and basting often with Huckleberry Habanero BBQ Sauce until cooked through, roughly 8 - 10 minutes.

Chef's Notes:

Serve with your favorite coleslaw or potato salad.
