Chicken Skewers with Rosie's Huckleberry Habanero BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
- 12oz bottle Rosie's Huckleberry Habanero BBQ Sauce
- 1.5 lbs Skinless & Boneless Chicken Thighs, cut into 2"
- 2 Red Bell Peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 Bamboo Skewers soaked in water at least 1 hour
Directions:
Preheat grill or grill pan on medium high heat.
Add the Huckleberry Habanero BBQ Sauce to a large bowl.
Add chicken and toss to coat.
Thread 4 or 5 chicken pieces onto each skewer.
Grill chicken, turning and basting often with Huckleberry Habanero BBQ Sauce until cooked through, roughly 8 - 10 minutes.
Chef's Notes:
Serve with your favorite coleslaw or potato salad.
