In 1961, my parents Chuck and "Ginny" Serafini-Smith started a small bar and
restaurant on the corner of W. 5th and Raspberry Sts. Known for their sweet and savory sauce, Chuck &
Ginny's was everone's favorite stop for Italian food. After closing the doors in 2007, we realized there was a void
that only Ginny's could fill. In October of that year, my son and I bottled our first 18 cases of sauce. What a
great homage it is to my mother, which is why every jar has her picture on it. Whether you were a long time customer
