SUMMERTIME SPRING PASTA SALAD

On a hot summer day, sometimes a cooler dish is a great way to beat the heat. Our spring salad recipe is a simple dish that combines cold pasta, fresh garden vegetables, and our special Red Bull Inn Italian Dressing for a treat that is sure to be the hit of any picnic or summer gathering.

Step 1: Boil 1 Pound of Stello Fusilli Pasta (spring shaped noodles)

Step 2: While pasta is cooking, dice up your favorite garden vegetables. This can include tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, onions, olives, peppers, etc. The idea here is that you can choose the veggies that everyone likes. The fresher the better. This is also a perfect way to use up some of those excess garden vegetables that you have lying around.

Step 3: Combine all diced vegetables in a large mixing bowl and add 1/3 bottle of Red Bull Italian Dressing. Mix thoroughly to ensure all vegetables are coated.

Step 4: Remove pasta from boiling water when cooked al dente. Immediately run under cold water until noodles are cool to the touch.

Step 5: Add cooled pasta into mixing bowl with vegetables. Pour in remaining 2/3 bottle of dressing and mix thoroughly.

Step 6: Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve cold as a side dish. Pairs well with picnic foods like hamburgers, hotdogs, grilled chicken, etc.
